English UI, more accurate transcripts, paragraph reading, a better memo editor.

Tractus turns recordings and memos into text on your Mac, then summarizes, searches and answers questions about them. New in 0.4.0: an English UI.

English UI. Settings › Appearance › Language: System, 한국어, English. The app, menu bar, error messages and exported documents switch language, and in English the AI writes summaries and enhanced notes in English (Ask AI answers in the language you ask in).
More accurate transcripts. Words from a note's title and memos (e.g. "ontology" in the title) are added to that note's custom vocabulary, which sharply cut domain-term mistakes on real meetings. When you fix a misheard term, Tractus offers to add it to your custom vocabulary. Short replies no longer come out as Chinese characters.
Easier reading. Consecutive lines from the same speaker read as one paragraph. Press R to replay the current sentence; set the volume in the player.
Memo editor. Lists continue on Enter, ⌘Enter or a click on [ ] toggles checkboxes, ⌘B/⌘I on selected text. Send to memo adds a summary (to-dos as checkboxes) to your memo.
Resizable panels. Drag the edges of the note list and the side panel.
Install: open the DMG and drag Tractus.app to Applications; you need brew install ffmpeg. The build isn't notarized yet — use System Settings › Privacy & Security › Open Anyway on first launch. Apple Silicon, macOS 14.4+.
